I posted a few months back that I had the same failure on a new radspeed 5 iron with the KBS $ taper lite black PVD shafts. I had the 5 iron repaired under warranty with the same shaft and it broke again this weekend. I have a buddy with a set of radspeeds with the same shaft and he has broken 3...

Looks like the problem isn't fixed. Just had a brand new Radspeed 5 iron break exactly the same as the pictures in this thread. Shaft is the KBS $-Taper Lite with the black PVD finished. 5 iron at most had 20 swings on it. Going to contact Cobra now....
