    Birdie Juice Preferences

I played in a 30 mph wind and drank too much tequila and actually played well because I didn't care! LOL

Who Plays Music While Playing Golf?

More and more carts have speakers now, and my cart has a speaker bar below the canopy with a Bluetooth connection. I was told that playing the "Four Tops" and "Bogey Nights" songs bothers others, but I'm curious if others like music while playing?

Actually, upon further investigation, the residual value for an LC500 in 2018 was 51%. Yikes!

FYI...I traded a couple of 2018 convertibles (the leases were up soon anyway) and got astounding values for them from a BMW dealer. Then leased a new 7 series and got $10k off the MSRP. Sedans are not popular right now. I saw a dealer in Orange County CA discounting 4 series grand coupes by...

So I'm looking at used Lexus LC convertibles. The used 2018 LC's are going for around $80k right now. The RV on a 2018 should have been around 56% when originally leased. So a 2018 $105k car should be worth around $59k. Folks who buy used could experience a loss of at least $21k the moment the...

Looked at a new C8 Vette I'm a little perplexed with the new Vette because, on the one hand, it's very cool, but on the other hand, there's no room for golf clubs and bags like the C7 and older Vettes. Thus the problem is the C8 is now truly a local driver car vs. a car that can be taken on...

So true. The only possible offset might be getting close to $9k over the typical value for a trade-in due to the shortage of used cars.

The 3.0L was checked and tuned in Orange County, CA. Yes, the 74 was a 2.7. The 3.0L was a transplant long ago. The car was my wife's uncle's who let it sit for around 20 years in NJ. We shipped the car to CA in 2018 and it went to two Porsche specialists for which we said "we want this car...

I may do that. Out here in CA 1975 and older cars do not require smog tests which makes certain years more attractive, at least in CA. The paint is good but I know some rust will be found upon preparation. The interior is excellent and all redone. From 10 feet away the exterior looks very...

Funny you mention Porsches. I have a 74 base 911 with a 3.0L that's been redone except for paint because I don't want to worry about nicks. It accelerates plenty fast enough to scare me and even the clock works, and all the interior lights. I was looking to sell but have no idea of value.
