First round in nearly 3 weeks…42/38 for an 80 at 6375 yards. Temps were 45-50, soggy from rain two days ago and winds up to 20 mph. Range was closed so the first nine was a bit loose. Driver let me down but putting was good. 10 bogeys 6 pars 2 birdies

Fourth round of the season and i still can’t score…41/41 for 82 par 72, 6375 yards. 31 putts 33% GIR 71% Fairways I’m wasting some good driver play with terrible irons and short game.

Another rough day at the office…43/41 for an 84 at 6317 yards at a tough course. 35 putts 33% GIR 85% fairways I really need to get the irons sorted out, another day of wasted drives…

Rough start to the season…first couple of rounds didn’t count as they were more practice but counted today’s 85. 44/41 at 6375 yards. 35 putts 28% GIR 80% fairways Approach shots killed me, everything was fat…is there a worse feeling than wasting a good drive with a chunked wedge or short iron?

Beautiful day but had a rough round. Shot 42/40 from the blue tees at 6375 yards (par 72). 6 bogies 2 double bogies 10 pars Index went up to 7.0 from 6.5 with this round.

Shot 75 on a short 5600 par 72, 35/40. 5 bogies 2 birdies 11 pars Fun day when all facets of the game are solid.

Shot 77 from 6100 yards…38/39. 6 bogies 1 birdie 11 pars Left a few shots out there, could’ve been lower. Guess that’s what keeps us playing.

Shot 76 from white tees at 5800 yards, par 71…37/39. 7 bogies 9 pars 2 birdies Weather was perfect at 80 ish and a slight breeze. If only every golf day was this nice.

Rough day, 45/43 for an 88. Jumped my index from 6.3 to 7.0…never felt comfortable over the ball. Nothing felt flush and putting was atrocious. This is a course that I’ve shot in the 70’s three out of the last four rounds. What a humbling game.

Rushing to the course through rush hour traffic to make a tee time….getting there just in time to open the trunk and find that you left your clubs at home…that never happens does it?
