What’s the best all around app for tracking scores, courses, handicap, analysis, etc?

New member here, but I’ve been playing golf off and on for about 30 years - never anything serious. Now that I’ve gotten older and moved to a region of the country where I can play year round, the idea sounds more appealing. looking to have a little fun and improve the game!
