I was curious as to whether there are favorite alternative forms of exercise/training that forum members use specifically as adjuncts to improve their golf game and why they use them?
For example, does anyone use Tai Chi/Qi Gong, other martial arts, Feldenkreis, Yoga, ballet, archery, skeet...

Love the looks of them and after golfing in my nike frees (not golf shoes) realized they were more comfortable and my swing was more relaxed... I'm looking to get a pair of these...
I'm posting to give a brief review of an apparently now discontinued product... The Callaway Pro Caddie. It shags and dispenses balls (up to 36) and is a really useful tool for shortgame work (I use it for putting and chipping all the time).

Anyone doing the VIP membership thing at Revolution golf? From the videos ive seen on the site Paul Wilson seems to be a pretty decent instructor. Also the flexibility videos with one of the other instructors was quite solid. These were all available free... But i was wondering if it made sense...
I seem to have a problem moving in towards the golf ball resulting in "shanks" off the hosel. My set up is good and I have a decent swing path and if I conciously think about keeping a fixed distance between my forehead and ball it helps but I lose fluidity in my swing with this thought. Other...
It keeps my head perfectly still... I see a lot of putts going in (improves confidence) and I can be dynamic through the hitting area rather than stabbing more when I look at the ball...
Guess I'm very "ball conscious".
My arguments for this style:
