Is the a difference between a fairway wood shaft and a 3 wood shaft? If I take a X-stiff driver shaft and cut it down to 3 wood length, would that play differen't than a regular 3 wood shaft? My 3 wood spins to much with the stock 'S' shaft, upwards of 4000rpm on my GC2. Current shaft...
