Another vote for Eco Tank printers. We’ve had an Epson for a few years and they are more expensive to purchase, but you aren’t tied to the ridiculous, overpriced, printer cartridges.
That’s exactly what supply and demand is. If they sold all the rooms at that price, it means they could have charged even more. Excessive profits is what this country is all about. Just ask big pharma and the health care system.
Before the invention of wooden tees, players would make a small mound of sand to tee the ball on. This tool molds the sand into a shape to hold your ball on the tee box
When I was on hiatus from golf, I had reoccurring dreams where I’d be on a golf course, trying to tee the ball up on the side of a hill, trying to hit from impossible places or through windows. Once I started playing again, I never had those dreams again. Now, I’ll dream about looking for my...
Skechers Slip-ins are my new favorite. I don’t like the ones with fake laces (just why do they need fake laces?) some models have soles that wear out in just a few months of normal wear, and some have weird arches, but the slip-in feature is the best thing.
That’s the Solana model. I’ve been wearing the same shoes for a few years. I don’t play a lot of a rounds a year, but mine are holding up very well too.
So if players weren’t getting paid, they'd stop playing? Back before Arnie, players had to take regular jobs during off season to make ends meet. I don’t blame them for taking the money that’s being offered. What about the Ryder Cup? Players never used to get paid but they still played.
My KitchenAid has a third rack and we love it. Holds more than just flat utensils. Glasses, small bowls and such. The Whirlpool dishwashers are the same as the KitchenAid which is owned by Whirlpool.
Back in the ‘olden days, I always played from the tips, with persimmon woods. There was no such thing as senior tees. I quit playing and came back as a senior. I am so thankful for “senior” tees. I’ve lost so much yardage that having to play from the whites would mean that I can’t reach longer...
I can shake it off by the time I get back in the cart. Because I don’t keep score, a bad shot or terrible hole isn’t going to ruin my round. I just go, find my ball and try not to repeat the same mistakes.
Back in the days before computers, I had to do them for 40 service techs. I kept files on each guy throughout the year and wrote notes that I’d put in the files. Made it easy for year end evaluation.
Are there companies that still offer pensions? I got a pension from my job that doesn’t give me much now that I’m retired, but that company doesn’t give them to anybody hired in the last 20 years
