What kind of spin differences are you seeing between the X and Core model?

For me Elyte X

Currently playing Elyte X at 9 degrees and it’s been such an improvement for my driver game. The tinkerer in me wants to try a core head but possibly in 10.5 degrees, for those have tried core and X is the core that much lower spinning for you?

I’ve heard this shaft isn’t super stiff like the ventus, do you have 70/80g version I’m thinking of going heavier with stiff shaft

Basically on callaway preowned I can get the stock shaft MMT for $140-160 versus a ventus with velocore for about $280-300 Ventus made a big difference in driver but not sure how it’d do in this club. I’d really like to try and 17 and a 21. Any of you guys gaming this with the ventus shaft?

Thanks for the reply I too am considering the HL’s mainly because the lofts are even closer to the Zx5 mkii, definitely need to get on a similar and try both the core and HL out I love the srixons so it’ll be tough to imagine better performance but I keep hearing raving reviews on the elytes

Anyone know what Elyte core versus X spin numbers are? I do play Ai smoke max D currently Slight out to in club path and I hit nice fades with it without over cooking it to the left. With my club path I can get spinny though.

Based on reviews I’ve watched it looks like the X has really good numbers. Good dispersion without a big jump up on spin.

Excited to try both the standard and the x model. Currently using Ai smoke max D. If callaway does the 2x trade in I’d likely be trying the X model.

So glad I picked up the Max D. I do have a slight out to in club path - 1-3 typically. The standard max I started to over fade but with the max D it really straightened out my ball flight. If you fade/slice the ball too much give the Max D a try

Had a really good run with the AI max for a few months but going to see if the Max D fits my swing better, purchased the head only last night.
