Obviously it’ll be a while but I’m intrigued to see if they incorporate this face insert into the next Phantom mallet line potentially next year. Feels really good. And looks pretty cool too.
I’m a SuperStroke guy and I love Marvel and Star Wars. But it sucks that they only release these in the Tour 2.0 model. I’m not going to sacrifice my preferred grip model for a fancy design. If they had these in a Pistol Tour or Pistol 1.0 model, we’d be in business.
The regular release. It’s still in stock on their website. Was released a month or two ago. I’ve got a red and black King mallet cover so these would match well.
I’m in the same boat as you all. Used to follow every release and go for a lot of them. Was always pumped for the anniversary release. Did the same thing as you all and checked it out in the morning to see 75% of things still available and not really anything that feels close to a must-have...
Sorry if addressed earlier but what’s the average time it takes to complete most workouts? I’m only 34 but have a history of back muscle issues and now a father of two and can tell a big difference in my mobility and rotation recently.
This seems perfect to get my back moving and rotating...
I wouldn’t be caught dead with iron covers. Essentially negative swag. Zero cool. Super lame. (No offense to any of you out there that go that route).
I love a 14 way divider bag though. I hated how the clubs laid in a 4 and 6 way. The 14 keeps it organized and in the order I like it.
Current gamers:
Mizuno 225 4 iron
JPX 923 Tour 5-PW
Having serious thoughts about the new JPX forged irons though. When I got the 923 Tours, I was playing a lot more golf. Enter 2 kids under 2 years old and I’ll be happy to get on the course 2-3 times a month if I’m lucky this season. I’m...
February 26th. The tour pictures did look incredible. Will be very interested to see what the retail line looks like. The Toulon boys do it up right so I’m sure it will be awesome.
I’m stopping by Golf Galaxy in the morning to pick one up. Have a number of gift cards from Christmas and my birthday. Pumped to see it in hand. I’ve been wanting a plumbers neck Phantom 5 for years.
I’m a big fan of the looks, personally. Love the crown logo on the face and I’m a sucker for the cherry bombs.
With that said, I love a Newport 2 style putter but can’t use one with a flange line alignment. So all of Scotty’s retail blade releases are pretty much off the table for me until he...
So I’ve decided I’m definitely jumping on the 5.2 when it comes out so I’m selling a few things to pay for it. Remembered I had a Circle T pistolero grip sitting in a drawer in my basement with my other grips (I’m a putter tinker machine so I like to have a number of grips ready in case I want...
Sorry if this has been addressed previously in this thread but I really don’t want to comb through 68 pages looking for the answer haha
I know the all graphite version of the All In shaft is only available in 0.370” tip. But is it still possible to use in a Scotty Cameron with a plumbers neck...
Looks like Scotty is finally doing something I’ve asked for a long time. A couple plumbers neck mallets at the retail level instead of a limited edition price mark-up.
Nothing crazy special or different. Just the Phantom 5 and 7 models with a plumbers neck instead of a slant neck or single...
I’m a bit of a putter snob so I’ve always scoffed at the LAB putters. Then I rolled one at Golf Galaxy a few months ago and thought to myself, “you know they might be onto something here”. I still hated the shape but it felt like I had the ball on a rope.
Fast forward to this release and it...
Always cracks me up when people call Scotty a copycat. It feels like he’s the only one who ever gets criticism when 99% of putters on the market are copies from some previous design.
If you take issue with Scotty doing a jailbird and versa type putter, then you’ve gotta take issue with every...
