The small batch Toulon putters are always so well done and look phenomenal. My only complaint, is that they are too pretty. I would almost be scared to game it for fear of marring the finish and what they charge would make it an expensive wall hanger.

The Cobra King wedges have been among the best I have played over the past few years and I would recommend. The RTZ's are also pretty good. I'm not a Vokey fan, so I can't give any good feedback on those.

If the ball is on an even lie in the fairway, then no, not usually. Uneven lies or in the rough, I will take one practice swing, to gauge the conditions. If we have been waiting on tee box for a little while, I'll take a swing or 2, to stay loose.
