Reviving this thread, as I just picked up a paradym 7w on the cheap. I through the LinQ purple 7f4 in and the first range session was very promising. This combo is so smooth and super easy to launch. Incoming bag battle of this combo vs the e723 hybrid with the trusty V2

I agree, if you’re gonna do it, why not just have the pros check their driver heads in before the practice round.

Do you think some pros have facilities “work in” their batches of driver faces to get them at or just beyond conforming? Similar to “rolling” bats in softball/baseball, which is generally frowned upon.

You're not crazy, there is a huge difference between practice and bashing balls at the range. I love mindlessly swinging the club, but I hate when I have to focus and actually work on feels, or some other repetitive drill.

Nope, not after I’m warmed up if the lie is straight forward. My full pre-shot routine is less than 15 seconds. I found practice swings can have a negative affect on my confidence #headcase
