Tonight's pour
It's not bad, but not great. For the price ($52 I think), id rather buy the bardstown
I also had the 4 year bourbon, it was slightly less good than this rye
All depends on where they were in relation to the group in front of them. If they are keeping up then there's no pace of play issue. If they teed off 10 min after but finished with say 2+ holes in between then it's slow play... But I don't agree with charging more
Finally finished with this project.. lowered the TV a little, put the paneling up, pictures lights, etc
Just in time for the kids to hijack the TV to watch paw patrol movie for the 71883392th time

Pretty sure my heart is still pounding through my chest from the espresso old fashioned I had last night. Espresso/coffee doesn't hit me that hard in the morning
Anyways, opened up the bardstown rye, so damn smooth and not your typical spicy rye
Very jealous, still 40-45 here in NJ, a lot still covered in ice too. I haven't even touched my clubs all winter, there's going to be a lot of rust to knock off
No, it goes straight to the dividing wall. I just sent it, I'm sure it won't be noticeable eventually or maybe I'll put something on the wall on the right to take away from it
All done, tho I debate filling and caulking this gap on the left side
Ok I'm stuck, I'm not quite liking my original idea of just doing a wider trim piece on the right to cover the gap
Should I work in a 1*4.5 to fill the space but it's even with the front of the cabinet, and then do a 1x2 trim piece? Or will it basically look the same?
Thanks for the tip. It's a 1x6 (or 5, can't remember) that will run all the way across, but yeah my ceiling is to uneven its be really tricky to get it right. I may try it though, worst case I still use crown.
Some good progress made tonight, got them middle section fitted and mounted and the bookcases themselves secured to the top beams once I did a dry fit
Not sure if I want to scribe the horizontal trim that will go across the top, or just put it on and do a crown molding to cover the gaps
