    Cost of Shoes vs Polo

I do buy quality golf shoes when I find a deal, but I won't pay $75 for as an example,Walter Hagan shirt or shorts at Dick's Sporting Goods. Too much for a cheap house brand.I look for deals on Callaway or Izod at Marshalls or somewhere like that. i have bad knees so the shoes make more of a...

Why Do You Think You Miss Putts?

At 74 yrs old,I spent many years playing bent grass greens and learned to read the breaks pretty good. The new Mini verde /dwarf Bermuda greens, which most courses around here have gone to, are tuff for my old eyes to read. There is not as much grain for me to see. And my speed sucks a lot of days.

Tepid Take: Does anyone actually like rotary dial shifters in cars?

I don't like them. They are just as bad as the push button shifting on my Honda odyssey van.As a former electronic tech, the rotary or push button shifters are just expensive problems waiting to happen as the contacts wear or corrosion gets to them .Of course I am just an old Boomer that still has...

Graphite in all but my Cleveland wedges because of shoulder surgery about five years ago.The graphite seems to produce less shock to my shoulders and wrists ,especially on mishits.
