I feel it has as much to do with bounce, sole width, spin, and other playing charictaristics that could contribute to a players iron being better for some people's ball striking.
I'm almost embarrassed to admit how often I change putter grips. I'm forever swapping grips from one putter to another. Hell, I've swapped grips twice on two different putters already this year and I haven't even played one round yet! I'm a mess...
I have in the past and really liked it. I had to really commit to the shot or terrible things would happen. I put another hybrid in the bag so the 64 lost its spot. It's been years since I've used one.
Two years ago I dropped my 4i for a hybrid. This year I purchased a hybrid to test against my 5i. I have a feeling my 5i days are numbered as my consistency with it is not what it used to be.
I've been lucky enough to have three. One ball is sitting on my bookshelf, one is in a display, and the third one I buried with my best friend and golfing buddy that passed away a few years ago.
I love the idea. I've never been to one but, depending on the accuracy and ease of use, would be totally on board. I'm at the range a lot and this would add a new element to the experience.
Dibellas makes a great sub. They're the subs Wegmans had years ago before they learned the technique and began making their own. Their rolls are excellent.
My balls arrived Saturday but I didn't get out to play. My initial thought will focus more on putting, as I injured my right index finger (bent and extremely swollen) and gripping a full swing club is impossible.
I'm very interested in Mindset process. I've never been good about a pre-shot...
