Mizuno Pro Modern Series: M-13, M-15, and Fli-Hi Bring Speed and Forged Feel Together

Funny, I hit the 3DP Tours against the M15 and P790, and found the Mizunos felt better than both by a mile. 3DPs were nice to hit, but I did not get that ball melting into the face sensations that I got with the M15. Of course its all subjective but just sharing my POV.

Callaway Apex Performance Series Irons – Ai200, Ai300 and Ti Fusion

Anyone looking at or have gotten into the new Ti Fusion Plated irons? I'm mildly interested seeing how great the original (black) Ti Fusions performed, but I see the plated models is even more expensive than the original. Must be an expensive process to plate titanium so I get it. Just wondering...

Callaway Apex Performance Series Irons – Ai200, Ai300 and Ti Fusion

I still have my TiF AW from the set I returned last month (bought it separately from the 4-P set). Though it doesn't match my other clubs, I'm holding on to it since it's an absolute dart from 110-120 yards in. Flys high and super straight, and sticks to the toughest pins. Love it!

    Mizuno JPX 925 Forged Irons

I recently got into a set of black 925 Forged with the stock CG Mid 115 shafts. Coincidentally, I had the Callaway Ti Fusion irons in the same shaft that I just returned due to the titanium face coming apart from the steel head in my 6-iron. Other than this issue, the high price tag, and the...

Callaway Apex Performance Series Irons – Ai200, Ai300 and Ti Fusion

Man, that sucks and I appreciate your reaction. While I have lost a little confidence in Callaway, I have not written them off as a brand as these things can happen with any manufacturer. With that said, try to contact their customer service to see if they can make this right for you. If they do...

Callaway Apex Performance Series Irons – Ai200, Ai300 and Ti Fusion

So I played my 3rd round this morning with the Ti Fusions. Again, the performance of these clubs is off the charts good. Unfortunately as I was wiping them down after the round, I noticed a 'sharp' sensation on my hand cleaning the 6-iron. Upon closer inspection I notice the titanium face is...

Callaway Apex Performance Series Irons – Ai200, Ai300 and Ti Fusion

Ti Fusions are definitely spinny for me, but that's what I was looking for. My T200's did not spin enough and I found my distance control lacking. The Ti Fusions give me much better dispersion front to back, as well as side to side. I can see if someone is prioritizing distance, the Ti Fusions...

Callaway Apex Performance Series Irons – Ai200, Ai300 and Ti Fusion

I went with the stock DG Mid 115's in gunmetal finish. Really pairs well with the TiF heads for me (mid/high launch and increased spin vs the AMT Tour white I play with the T200).

Callaway Apex Performance Series Irons – Ai200, Ai300 and Ti Fusion

Hello all - I'm new to the HP forum, but i've been reading everyone's input on the latest Callaway Apex line up (super helpful) on this thread. With some trepidation due to the cost and the feedback regarding the black finish, I just bought a set of Ti Fusions (4-AW) and wanted to share my...
