I really need to go play that. It's in the backlog of PS exclusives I haven't gotten to yet. Was playing God of War for a bit but it's a bit repetitive for my tastes.
Changing out one of my wedges now, just waiting for derlivery. Outside the temptation of new & shiny, and the inevitable putter tinkering, I feel pretty good with the current setup. A 3HL/4W is a constant ponder and something I'll likely give a go at some point.
I should probably be looking at...
It's a solid choice. I replayed GTAV and RDR2 when I wasn't interested in any of the new stuff available. RDR2 is the better game IMO. Heck, I wouldn't put a third playthrough past me.
It's like you're spying on my browser history. Been eyeballing a Three T to set up exactly like that one. Looks awesome and I bet it's a performer on the course as well.
THP is full of "lunatic fringe" golfers who are more in tune to what they want than most, but I definitely do enjoy the discussions around small adjustments, tape wraps, etc. I'm pretty basic when it comes to specs, so other than length and some sort of corded grip I'm good to go. If cords...
I used GolfNow a bunch a few years ago. At this point it's just a convenient place to see what times are available when I'm looking to play somewhere outside the two courses I get discounts at.
Definitely talked to IT about spending time on thehackersparadise.com before. Once they knew what it is, they were ok with it. Working remotely it's a non-issue.
I am not. I was fit before buying though. They mix well with my wedges too. Driver is the only place I'm gaming an aftermarket shaft right now, which isn't normal for me at all.
The upper limit is still higher with my driver, and when it's on the need for the 340 is significantly less, so it stays. I'd love to get back to a point where I can effectively play a 3W on longer par 5s, but that's just not my game right now so I have room for essentially two drivers. If I...
Took me a while to get my iron swing dialed back in after some... issues. Since then, these have really shined for me. On good swing days they're amazing and on off days they're very playable. Love the shape and the looks still, and have been really happy with the stock shaft offering.
I'm loving both of these wedges but the lower flight I'm seeing out of the platinum 58Z has me hard pondering a switch to the platinum 54S. I tend to hit my wedges super high so thinking the help could get me to a better trajectory.
The Grabbers are still a mainstay for me. If I don't remember to bring them with me I just play without glasses. The clarity these things have is a clear upgrade for me over my standard Oakleys and Maui Jims that I wear off the course. Don't have the cash for it right now, but an Rx pair in the...
This club is having a bit of a resurgence with me. It's starting to come around as a viable option off the tee when driver isn't directionally as good as I want it to be. Hit it a bunch in my last few rounds and the results have been excellent, with plenty of distance on the dry fairways we have...
I've strayed to some of the other putters in my bag the last couple of months but keep coming back to the F3 with the slant neck. I did try going back to the double bend, but I feel like with the changes I've made in my putter stroke the slant is the right configuration for me. Locking it in for...
Got in a couple of rounds with the 200s over the weekend. No range time just straight in the bag. I was living on the toe pretty much all of both rounds but still managed to hit a bunch of good shots with them. Distances definitely aren't dialed in yet. I had a few that I thought I hit really...
Well hello there...
Unboxed these while on a work call, so no outdoor pictures until at least tomorrow. Coming from the black Apex 21s, I forgot how good the satin finish is. Compared to my Apex 21s, I'd say these are plenty familiar and check all the right boxes from a looks perspective...
