I define it at left arm parallel in the downswing the shaft points at the ball or outside the ball as being optimal.
A shaft that points inside the ball I would consider on the steep side.
For me I found I was making to slow a backswing. Then my brain realizes this and then feels like you have to rush the downswing to get it the correct distance. Especially with short game shots.
Seems to be working well for me. Low Gross winner out of 70 players in our last event.
Rope swings and shift turn drill with a 10lb med ball are money.
Now if he would only do some videos on putting. :rolleyes:
