Question for you gym regulars- I have been working out for years with minimal issues, and about a month ago I experienced sciatica issues with my left leg. It was pretty painful to walk, so, assuming I overdid something in the gym, I backed off for about a week or ten days, reducing volume etc...
77 here and hit the gym 6 days a week normally. Do a lot of core exercises like sit ups, leg raises, torso twists,dragon flags etc. , do these every day. I do upper body strength stuff every other day for back, chest, triceps, biceps etc., every other day. 3 days a week I focus on golf...
I have one set I play with and a couple others I use as range practice clubs so as not to beat up my gamers. All sets are blades so the differences are not extreme.
