Had some fun in the wet leaves under the big tree by the clubhouse today before 9 holes. Took the leaf blower to the M7 wheels when I got home and all is good.
I had a slightly rough week but I now have new faith in local service type businesses (well, the local people working here at the nationally known companies).
1. Got behind a hay truck last weekend and a rock (or something) in the mix flew out the top and cracked up my windshield. Ugh...
It’s my favorite comic strip and this image was easy to crop into the circle shape.
I used to have a photo of my Ping golf ball which I also liked but I’ve stuck with this one now for awhile.
I don't have a specific tradition. After using Divides for most of my rounds this season I have now switched back to a white ball because white is easier to see with leaves on the ground. I just hope to get a birdie or two more and end the season without some type of catastrophe since it's been...
Arizona is partnered with Cheez-It and Coca-Cola. I could definitely sit on the bench sipping on some Powerade and maybe snack on Cheez-Its. Beyond that, nope.

Clearly I'm an oddball. I like it. Don't get me wrong, I've seen better Vessels but I don't think this one is bad at all.
Looking at their website I see this bag comes in 3 color choices. My firsts choice would be all Black, then this one, then the White/Black last.
Turned the heat on in the house today, which I think is quite early. I swear I usually make it to October before I have to turn it on. Oh well, heat in Sept. is more comfy than letting house stay at the 64º it was, and now I know my heat works.
I don’t have a hitable persimmon driver right now but they’re fun. Nothing better than the sound. The feel is great when you hit it right. That said, for me consistency is difficult with them. I prefer hitting a few balls at the driving range with them rather than playing a round.
Other than bills and house payments?
All things golf add up. Balls, greens fees, driving range buckets, travel to courses...that’s not even getting to the clubs and bags yet.
Aside from golf I’ve been fixing up my old mtn bike this summer, but once that’s done it’s done.
Other big one for...
