Anyone who spends $1,500+ on fittings/equipment (pre-tax) should be automatically enrolled in the program. If you've recently spent that amount or more, hit up info@clubchampion.com to check in on your membership. Could be as simple as an email address issue. - Cassie

Hi @baylrballa – PUREing costs aren't built into the final cost of our sets and isn't required if you don't want it. However, we always recommend PUREing based on the improved alignment and performance benefits the process can have on your clubs!

We get this question sometimes — why aren't my clubs boxed up? Most golfers pop their clubs right in their bag when they pick them up so boxing every order wouldn't be prudent or environmentally friendly since those materials would just be tossed out. The clubs are shipped to the store securely...

Hello, we're happy to adjust your lofts and lies! You don't need an appointment, just swing by your local shop and they'll help you out. If the clubs were not built by us, it'll be $10 per club.
