Two free kick goals by Pepe save the day for Arsenal, and perhaps Unai's job as well. I'm not sure he could have survived losses to Sheffield United & Vitola Guimaraes in the span of only a few days.

I would love to hate on the gooners right now, but.....

United is terrible so I'll leave that to teams in the top half of the table.
 
Pulisic is looking the bit today. Fantastic performance by the Yank.
 
3-0 win by City to move within three points of Liverpool. Hoping for a Spurs win tomorrow.

And yesterday, Leicester destroyed Southampton 9-0 and currently sit in third place.

A year ago today was the Leicester helicopter tragedy.


 
Phoenix Rising advanced in the USL playoffs. 0-0 throughout full time and extra time and they won it on penalties. It was a very entertaining game despite the score. I didn’t get home until after midnight and was up at 5am for golf.

Effing Arsenal...
 
City wins 2-1 after being down 1-0 after 69 minutes but Liverpool showed their moxie by also winning 2-1 and being down 1-0 after 86 minutes. No change at the top, still six points behind.Really looked like we were going to cut it to three.
 
Pulisic with a cheeky little goal today. He's on a good pace.
