I got fit yesterday by the Titleist guy here in the Atlanta but I still haven’t gotten an email with my fitting details. I’ve called and emailed him and still have gotten nothing.

What did you end up with?

T200 4-W with the 9, P and W weakened by 1°. Steelfiber 110 shafts. I had never hit the Steelfiber shafts before but they were the most consistent.

Had a great time getting fit today! Hit a bunch of shafts and ended up being fit into the t200 4/5 2* weak and 1/2 tall with kbs tour shafts. Then t100 6-PW 1* strong with same shaft. (There is a more detailed fitting in the T series review thread)

T100 thoughts: I was surprised how good these felt. They have the dense “thud” I enjoy. They look fantastic in person and had great turf interaction! This a great consistent iron

T200 thoughts: these looked fantastic, they were way more “players iron” then “game improvement” in my eyes. They had a touch more offset then what I am used to looking at but that’s not a bad thing, just different. They felt good but different to me. Soft but not as dense.

I got to look at the whole line, including hitting some of the new utility irons and I think Tiltieat knocked it out of the park this year. Is it a “different” Titleist from a looks perspective? I think so, but I personally think it’s great. Especially with the performance still being top notch! I am really looking forward to getting these in play!

Scheduling a fitting with the Titleist specialist is taking a bit longer than expected but we're making progress. My home course hosts Titleist Thursdays but they're done for the year. The course has a limited fitting cart so the head pro asked the fitting specialist to stop by. I'd like to test the clubs on the range but it's not mandatory. The rep has the fitting gear and the specialist needs to get it from him. I'm traveling for work next week and want to complete this generous request asap! Thankfully, I have a good backup plan and won't wait too much longer.

I'm pretty sure T200s are the irons for me. However, I'm curious what the fitter thinks about switching to T300 for the 4 iron. My current bag has a hybrid in the 4 slot.

Most of the courses in my area close on the last weekend of October but a couple will stay open until mid November, if it doesn't snow. Thankfully, I have three Florida trips scheduled for Nov/Dec and look forward to playing/testing/reporting on the Titleist T200 irons.
