2019 Weight Loss and Nutrition Thread

I didn't get to run yesterday, but I was back at it today and will just make sure I run on Saturday so I keep up with a 5 day a week routine. I reaaaaaaaally didn't want to run today, but I made it happen, so I am happy about that.

Two days off for me with work/family time and prepping for the weekend. Getting after it tonight and bringing clothes to FL - hoping to squeeze in some runs along the beach.
 
I made it 4 of 5 days yesterday. I needed to give the hamstring a little rest. I'm exhausted today and the last thing I want to do is run. What I want is to lay on the couch and eat donuts. This is going to be a real test of my will power today to see if I do anything.
