Putting this up a bit early this week, but it should be another good tournament.

It was fun to hear they pros take on the course last year and with a better field this year it'll be interesting to see how the leaderboard shakes out. But I wonder how many will take it off for some rest

Whoops, wrong tournament thread.

Looks like Will Gordon will be on the tour for a while now. Hopefully he can capitalize at a tournament like this. He seems like a nice kid.

Very happy to have another live sports event to watch, Looking forward to another good tournament.

Played here right before they closed it for this event. The rough is absolutely brutal. Apparently the tour told them it needed to play much harder than last year. However with 4 par 5s only so much they can do, and these guys don’t miss many fairways and greens. Still think they will go really low. If they miss the greens, they might be in some trouble, the greenside rough is the hardest I’ve ever played.

picture of the par 3 with the camera tower up already, this is where the big grandstands were last year (obviously no fans this year)

Must say I'm a little bummed by the field compared to the last few weeks. Guess all the big names played 3 weeks in a row and that was enough for them, and I'm sure they'll be back for Memorial.

I think they should have Kid Rock sing the National Anthem before the round this week.

He loves golf.
Its in his home town.
No fans or anything, so just go for it.

Bryson and Webb are the 2 biggest. Then Fowler, Finau, Reed, Hatton, Hideki. Missing all of the top 5 though.

Its a bummer for no fans. It was absolutely packed last year, and we finally had a PGA event back here, and a year later no one can go. I obviously understand why, but still a bummer.

My pick to win is Bryson. 4 par 5's he can absolutely take advantage of, and I think he will try to drive at least 2 of the par 4s if I had to guess, including possibly #1. If he gets wild though, the setup may punish him.

Man what a tear he has been on. 3 top 10s in three weeks?

Rickie can’t make it 3 straight missed cuts at his sponsor’s tourney, right?!

And you get the feeling he just hasn't put it all together yet either. Think that happens this week. It absolutely is a course he can crush.

Great story getting his card for the rest of the season. Hope he makes some good money and he still has enough time to get into the top 125 if he plays really well.

Bryson has been on a year...not sure I can use another start on him this week.

who else is lookinggood this week?

They just continue to put Rickie in featured groups eh?

Give me Hovland over about half those guys.

I'm looking for Nate Lashley to represent again! Really hoping he has a good solid week!
