With the current itineraries in there - we're good.

Based on the above - jdtox/HarlettoScara/myself will grab the SUV then Canadaniel - head to top golf for a couple of hours until you get in then head off to a practice round. When more people book we can adjust that.

Like I said, still early.

My suggestion if you want to hear it is head north just a touch at one of the station casinos. My Suggestion is to get away from the strip. Aliante Station is great and has a golf course right there that is a good test. You will have everything you want down town but way less crowds and parking hassles.

Plus you are just a stones throw away from the Freeway north out of town. One cool thing about playing Aliante is that it is very close to Nellis airforce base. I have played there a few times and seen stealth airplanes fly over. Pretty cool.

Hate to miss all the flying in to Vegas stuff, no need for me, but I'm happy to meet anywhere to play a practice round on Friday.

First time caller—- going to get arrangements made here in the next few days. With my current work situation I’m not sure what it looks like but will check in here shortly

Still early in the process and still waiting to fill the teams.

I like to plan and have things tied out.

Initial thought is (my personal thought, not a decision - I am driving a car though ):

I'd like a hotel closer to the airport Wednesday night, take a cab over in the am grab the rental and grab any of those earlier arrivals.

Pop over to Top Golf for a couple of hours - have later arrivals meet up - play an extra round a little after 1pm (cheaper rates) drive up to Hurricane Thursday Night.

Similar thought for Sunday night, get in late grab a hotel (closer to the airport) would be cool if everyone was together since we can grab food/gamble/etc. before heading out the next morning.

I am basically in for all of this (Thursday early AM arrival).

Just a suggestion, has anyone considered booking a room for just thursday night at Sand Hollow?? that way we're there already and can golf Friday morning either there or somewhere local

Looking at Hotwire for Thursday, there are rooms on the strip for about $100-150 after resort fees and the downtown Fremont area is cheaper. I am going to wait to see what the plans are for Friday before I do anything. I did reserve a minivan as well, but can cancel at anytime.

@KY Golfer and I have room for 3 more in our minivan. Our plan right now is to leave Vegas early Friday. We are driving back to Vegas Sunday. If no one needs a ride, we will downsize our vehicle

I've not confirmed flights just yet, but my plan is to either arrive really late on Thursday night, or first thing Friday morning. Appears some folks will already be heading towards Hurricane.
