Trying to find a deal on a set of P760s right now to replace the CF16s. Hit them last week and really, really liked them.

I'll look to swap out the M5 with a SIM or SpeedZone depending on testing and price around midsummer. Probably ditch the Mini at the same time.

Also want to work a driving iron into one of them. Don't have a lot of experience with driving irons.

I don't expect there to be many changes this year. I refreshed the entire bag last year, and this year I'm going to focus more on dropping the handicap and playing competitively.

I'm interested in testing an Odyssey Ten S (and hoping the Toulon Santa Monica comes out). I also toy around with that 5w, driving iron, hybrid, 4 iron spot in the bag. I'm not entirely happy with my options there, but at least I have options.

There's also a good chance I pick up a Ventus Blue for my 3W at some point. I've really been loving it in my driver so far, and can't wait to see if the success translates outside.

Just one fairway club longer than the five iron should do it. I don't break many flagsticks from 3-wood distance. Can live without more long clubs.
If the lone fairway wood won't get there, we'll lay up and see if we can improve our wedge game and waste fewer shots around the greens.

A gamble would be going with a matching wedge set and not carrying a sand-specific club on which I've relied.
I have always preferred a dedicated sand iron.

I have been thinking quite a bit about clubs. As I hit different irons and woods and wedges and whatever else I can swing, I am going to have a hard time finding clubs that actually benefit my game. Even with old wedges where I think I supposed to replace them, my spin numbers are still good. About all I can do is find clubs that are similar or give me a slightly different way of playing (e.g., irons with "jacked" lofts). Good swings and strikes usually have happy endings. Bad swings and poor strikes add strokes. This is an awful mental state for a gear geek. I think I need therapy.
