2021 Trackman Driver Stats for the Tour

Trackman has put out some new info graphics on PGA Tour driver data. It seems like the slow/short end has gotten more obtainable for people.

This also reminded me of all the comments I read about Bryson trying to get big when Champ swings fast and is so skinny. Apparently getting big is potentially worth around 6 mph extra club head speed at their level.

Back in the day, on a good day, I could get it to 108 pretty consistently. Now, I'd love to have KJ's speed!

Your last statement isn't exactly true. Just because they don't swing 130+ in a tournament doesn't mean they can't. We also know Champ isn't chasing pure distance like Bryson given Champ's AOA of -1.

Yep he can, so can Wilco, Champ, and a bunch of guys we have never heard of and in all different shapes and sizes. There is a guy Brandon Matthews on the Latin Tour that maybe longer than all of them. I don't believe one method work for everyone. Bryson's worked for him but doesn't mean it will work for me, you, or anyone else.
