Cost will definitely be a factor and why I’ve considered Planet Fitness. I do like the idea of hands on coaching if I can afford it. I feel like I do so much better in structured routines. That’s the reason why all of my workouts are done with YouTube videos or copying what people post here. This gym is actually just as close (in the other direction) to my job as planet fitness so that’s a plus.

Definitely looking strong there Morgan!I am dragging this morning. I'm basically chugging an energy drink at the moment so I can get my workout done. I had some errands to run thing this morning so I wasn't able to work out first thing like I have been doing and now I just want to take a nap haha.
Ok, disregard the super random bathroom picture, I was trying to send my sister a picture this morning of how curly my hair is and I realized that I am getting a little muscle definition in my back. It's not something I ever see, or think to look at, but I feel like you can see some muscle in this picture.

Going on vacation next week. Elbow surgery two days after I get back. No motivation to do much the past two weeks.
I've been planning my work when I get back and have my arm cut up. As odd as it sounds, program planning is one of my favorite things.
