Each year the defending champion has a celebration of sorts in the Masters Champions Dinner. An exclusive event taking place the Tuesday of Masters week hosted by the reigning holder of the Green Jacket.

Hideki Matsuyama, the first Japanese professional to win the Masters is the host this week and here is a look at his chosen menu.

The yakitori is a great appetizer, that wagyu beef will be out of this world good.

A friend of mine was talking to Charles Coody one day at the golf course he owns in Abilene. Being from a small town around there he wasn’t into all the fancy cuisine and said he always just ordered the steak. I wonder if he will go with the Wagyu this year or just his normal steak haha.
