At some point this year I will probably look around for another BB is the 43S for my mini driver. The BB is so good in my GT3 I think it is worth exploring in the mini.
The RB is great I agree I have a 63S here in the house. I like the lighter weight in the driver or I would cut it down and try it. The Diamana line is just exceptional with all of the choices they have.Funny enough I think I prefer the BB profile, but the 2 Diamana shafts I have are a WB and RB. WB in the 7w has been lovely. The RB is tipped an inch and just a bit too stout for me as a driver shaft, but really thinking it might make a good mini driver option.
Big facts, the three models and the TONS of weight options are pretty darn killer. The RB is great I agree I have a 63S here in the house. I like the lighter weight in the driver or I would cut it down and try it. The Diamana line is just exceptional with all of the choices they have.
The BB is stiff without feeling like it is. I have the S flex and have hit an X as well and could honestly play either. My swing speed is likely topping out around 104 right now.Been eyeballing the BB shaft for a while ... the smooth profile really appeals to me. Anyone using it or have tried it: What are the pros and cons?
I read somewhere that some people are losing a bit of distance compared to their other shafts. Have you noticed that? The BB is stiff without feeling like it is. I have the S flex and have hit an X as well and could honestly play either. My swing speed is likely topping out around 104 right now.
I try to put a smooth transition on the shaft, but it really doesn't seem to care. The folks at Mitsubishi have it figured out. It is almost like the Chinese finger cuffs. The harder you swing, the more the shaft tightens up. Meaning it can handle whatever I can throw at it.
I don't think so.I read somewhere that some people are losing a bit of distance compared to their other shafts. Have you noticed that?
Only if it wasn’t optimal for their swing. Nothing at all about the shaft that is short.I read somewhere that some people are losing a bit of distance compared to their other shafts. Have you noticed that?
A lot of variables could impact this so hard to answer.I read somewhere that some people are losing a bit of distance compared to their other shafts. Have you noticed that?
I hit the longest drives I have with the BB 43S in my driver. This whole thread is full of people that use them. If the shaft works for you there is no distance loss at all.I read somewhere that some people are losing a bit of distance compared to their other shafts. Have you noticed that?
