Rory with the bank shot off the stands. Ends up on the bank. Not what you want when you’re just trying to get par to stay in the tournament.

Genuine question. Did Rory think that was going to hook in, or is that the miss? Why wouldn't you want to be short in the fairway? Or is that harder than it seems, and you'd rather be pin high right of green than right rough 75 out?

Yep, I didn't realize the creek ran all the way up. I thought it stopped for some reason until they showed the overhead replay.

If we consider the Masters field as the cream of the crop then by our measure yesterday the cream rose to the top today. Thank you Copilot for the assist so I don’t have to look this up. After Friday 18 players are now tied for 27th or higher.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen! For all those claiming the course was a pushover and not a worthy venue, what say you now? It suddenly seems like the course has plenty of "personality" that some players can't handle!
