Currently working on building my 2025 bag. As soon as I have the clubs picked (have most of them at this point) I am going to work on going full UST. Based on previous experience, I think I'm going to drop Pro Force next gen in all the long clubs.

I have an old ProForce shaft in a driver that I gave to a buddy on the fire department. I need to steal that shaft back from him. I kinda miss it.

It's like my favorite sweatshirt. Just feels right to me.
I really, really like it in a hybrid and utility club. I have this idea of putting one in a Cleveland HyWood and magically becoming a solid long distance player
yeah, with @JB and @DannyLe testing driver heads to pick, you know it's going to be something awesome.
as for being clueless? isn't that an ideal way to go into things with such an expert fitter? don't even ask what it is, just hit them and let him pick.
are you considering UST graphite shafts for your irons too? which ones? i keep playing with the fitting tool with the idea of doing some winter sim testing. the tool tells me Recoil 680, though i see that the fitting page is down today. update coming maybe?

That's the plan. I'm just going to let Danny do his thing and try not to let my stupid brain get in the way.
As for irons and wedges, I've played DART 90's almost all year and will stay right there unless I end up trying DART HDC at some point. Those shafts were a lightbulb moment for me. I'd recommend trying them out!
Is there any one particular OEM that you traditionally gravitate towards??

For driver? Not at all. I know people say that, but I've always just latched on to whatever worked or was just convenient. I've played the last two seasons with Srixon/Cleveland, but it had been a long time since I'd done that. I've played seasons with and found success with basically every relevant brand out there.
I'm really excited because I often sort of fall into a driver if that makes sense. It's part of the job. As wild as it sounds, I've never had anybody just dial me in at a deep level like will happen here.
Yep think that makes perfect sense. Part of your job is a blessing in that you get to experience a ton of really cool stuff, but a curse in that you bounce around quite often which has to make it difficult to settle on just one.
Really looking forward to seeing what Danny and JB choose as the head of choice, and then further seeing how they dial everyone in this year for Shaft Up.

I am really known for finding a driver and then just never changing it if it works. Like a safety blanket.
Bet you have drivers on the brain too. Such a vital part to having success on the course.

Seeing me tee off on 1 in front of a whole crew of THP'rs at Victoria National is worth that alone. Excitement, joy, anticipation, and eventually sorrow. It'll be a like a movie arc condensed into 2 minutes.
FIFY - there's no way you can let Danny down like that!

I have had some epic first tee shots over the years. Some good and some truly humbling lol. Never missed thankfully.
