2025 Titleist T-Series Irons

Hit the T250 today. There is a set in my future. I am not even going to hit anything else, just get shaft optimized. Perfect amount of offset, and darn good looking. I think I hit the MMT blue, I just want my spin numbers checked. For a forgiving club, it sure was easy to turn either way, and didnt kick me in the butt when I was just warming up and missed a couple by an easy 10-15mm.....
Be sure to hit the 150 before you make your decision.

Temps warming up into the 70-80s allowed me to get a quick 9 in last night for the first time in a few weeks.
Really liking where my swing has been and the T-150s are showing out. Stuck two 6i shots from around 185yrds to 10’ or so yesterday with some wild swirling wind. The height, spin, and control these irons generate when a proper swing is put on them is amazing.

Spent some time yesterday with the T350 irons on the SkyTrak Max and it was really just one of those sessions that just confirms what you already know.

Same themes as always with these. The ball still wants to get up in the air, even when the strike isn’t perfect. Launch and height are very consistent, and the ball flight is easy to trust. I didn’t see anything weird or unexpected, which is a good thing at this point.

Feel continues to be something I really enjoy with these irons. I was testing a firmer golf ball, and even then they felt really solid. Center strikes are nice and muted, and mishits don’t feel harsh or clicky. You still know when you miss it, but it’s not punishing.

Forgiveness showed up in the usual ways. Toe and thin strikes still get up in the air and don’t lose a ton of distance. It makes it easier to just make a normal swing instead of trying to baby the club.

Nothing from the session made me second guess these at all. If anything, it just reinforced why they’ve stayed in the bag. They’re easy to hit, easy to trust, and they keep producing the same results over and over.

It says a lot about a set of clubs when they can last well past the honeymoon period and continue to perform above expectations. Titleist did a great job with this series.

“Easy to trust” is a great line. Makes the game much less stressful when you can count on your gear.

I think I’m beyond the honeymoon phase and I’m still smitten with the T350s. They just work so damn well. Titleist really hit a home run with these. I still have to take a peek every time I walk by them. Actually, I may still be in the honeymoon phase, I can’t tell the difference with these. lol

Didn’t bring a great swing with me today, but performed well enough on approach with the 250/150 combo set to be -0.3 strokes gained against scratch. I took a bit more time today with setting a better aim point, and was successful finding the dance floor a few more times, and saw a cut show up with the longer irons a few times. I was using my backup ball again, and saw a bit more of the spin loss I’ve seen indoors with this ball, but still was seeing enough descent angle to provide plenty of stopping power. This won’t be the gamer ball for the season, and from what I’ve seen with that ball, spin shouldn’t be an issue. For irons that have spent most of their career indoors so far, they are starting to collect more nicks and scrapes, and look like they’ve been used.

Trying to piece together a golf swing as the season approaches, which means working on path. I admittedly practiced almost ZERO hours last year in the name of making golf a happy place for me. 2025 was a bit of a b**ch for Hawk lol.

Anyway, the good news is I'm making progress on path and that has resulted in some nice contact and ball flight. Even a healthy increase in distance compared to where I was on the sim even a couple weeks ago.

I have to remember, especially on the sim, that these irons are basically lofted a full club weaker than the types of irons I was predominantly playing for the last couple years. Basically I'm saying the that because I need to remember to not get wrapped up in scoring iron distance for example. I actually carry the longer irons farther than I used to because of the better launch conditions, but as the gapping evens out I notice hitting the shorter irons shorter. The nice thing is they do gap though. That's a pretty big deal for me.

Once you have confidence in your distances you’ll start throwing darts 👍

Hit the mid irons really well yesterday. Highlight was a high and beautiful 6 iron that actually carried the exact number I was hoping, and I was being a little aggressive with that hope. I think this is the biggest difference I'm seeing with this set - my results in the 6/7 slots.

2026 looks like the year of GIR for our guy here. It’s interesting that you bring up the gapping, as I saw something similar play out over the past couple weeks. It’s been a nice transition as I’d rather not feel like I have to step on a short iron or wedge. Along with the consistent gapping, it’s been nice seeing dispersion circles that match up with the “island green” example we were given by the Titleist team last summer. I’ll take front to back dispersion like this anytime.

One of my favorite shots I’ve hit in months was with the T150 8i. Middle flag, 145ish directly to it from fairway, adjusted to around 150-155 due to some wind hurt and uphill. Choke down on my 8i, commit to smooth swing, and execute perfectly… great tempo…golf shot!

mine is the closer one to the left, 3-4’ away for birdie. Still bummed that I hit the worst short putt of the day and missed it (got quick for some reason), but the shot was one of those that makes you ponder just taking an extra club and choking down every time. 😆

The next hole was a par 3 playing a little down wind. I think I lasered it at like 175 but middle was closer to 160 so I hit a choked down smooth T150 7i and pushed it but it was solid and pin high about 3-4’ off the green in the fringe.

I really enjoy playing these irons!

I’ve got a few sim sessions with the T250* irons and I’m starting to really settle in with them. Good strikes produce near carry/total distance, maybe half a club shorter on the PW-8i. The biggest surprise/benefit I’m seeing is in the 5 and 6 irons. The added launch from the loft is delivering much closer to expected carry compared to what I hoped to get out of those irons in previous sets. Really looking forward to my next sim session.

Sim today. Downhill par 3, pin way up front. Being a high spin player i didn't want to jump on a gap wedge or even take a little off a pw and spin it back off the front. Hit a real easy baby fade 9I, . Still got 7400 rpm out of it, which combined with the steep descent angle it pretty much just sat down. So much for those reviewers who say these dont spin it. No, they arent blades, but as I get used to them, I assure you they are quite capable of pulling the string when you need to.
And the chipping... I chipped in twice today. One 8I, one GW.

It’s remarkable what Titleist was able to accomplish across this whole line of irons.

What's crazy is that I just cant wait to hit them again tomorrow. I have been playing for well over 50 years. Been through dozens of sets of irons. I dont recall ever being so excited to go learn the nuances of a set as I am with these.
No, I cant wax eloquently about how buttery soft they are, because they arent. But they have a very satisfying click that is anything but harsh, and the feedback let's you know exactly what you did at impact. It is easy to turn the ball either way. And the club seems to have no bias towards either direction. The fairly compact head, the unobtrusive sole width, the perfect offset, the look at address and in the bag..... these irons really have turned my key and gotten my motor revved up.
Cudos Titleist, you have nailed it from my perspective

Great to see how much you are enjoying these. Makes the game a lot of fun.

I'm hitting more good shots than normal with my irons, which is always fun. My first swing of the day was a full GW that landed 8 feet left of the flag. I never, and I mean NEVER swing a full GW, but I am trying to get the most out of the Titleist T350 forgiveness. So far, it appears it might deliver there for me.

One thing that's been on my mind with the somewhat fluffy and weird rough that we have this time of year is how the ball sits up and how these irons are really designed to help with the low miss. I find myself higher on the face, and that's just not where I'd prefer to be if I'm not centered. Need to adjust my setup a little in those situations.

I am really liking what I have seen online with the 250 launch spec, only downside is I dont see it blending well with anything else.
I need to get out and hit these and the T150 which Titleist site recommends for me.
I have played to T300 irons before, great irons just a little to big for my liking so I gave them to my son.

It's official, made the move from Ping (G425s) to team Titleist.

My T250s and Vokey wedges arrived today.

Okay, T-150 just made my short list. Tell me why I should pull the trigger!
Because you need new irons. Plus they have the R Yang seal of approval.

Besides stunning good looks, I’ve never hit irons out of deep, wet rough that hit, stuck, and stopped. The feedback I get in my hands with these irons is incredible, and has such a nice flow with the set. The short irons are dense and solid-feeling even on a good miss, and as it travels into the longer irons with the updated muscle channel, what you lose in density, it makes up for it with some pop. Not sure if your potentially interested in adding some forgiveness up top, but as I move further upward through my set, the T250 sort of picks up where the pop is, and you lose a bit more of that “forged feel” density, and gain more of the players-distance …..trampoline feel is the best way I can describe it, but it’s so fast off the face. It lets you know you’ve compressed the ball, and that combination of sound and feel is no less worth chasing. I really enjoyed the last gen, but these are a whole new animal. I’m just flat out better with this gen on dispersion, peak height, and spin, and that has allowed me to hit more greens and score better. This is a “better player” iron that allows you some wiggle room on the days you don’t feel like a better player. If this sounds like it checks boxes for you, I’m glad they made your list, and look forward to hearing your thoughts 👊
