Being good sore is so fun.Today is the first day after the new heavier workout weights that I can move normally in the morning. That feels like improvement!

After week 1 of my current workout routine, including 2 days with a personal trainer, I know this feeling quite well. And it’s different for me. I have always been a runner but have never actually engaged in a workout program.Being good sore is so fun.

Supposed to be 2 hours on the road bike, did 3 and was aiming for more until A slashed rear tire and 3 flats made me call the Mrs to come pick me up.
4 days lifting. 2 days in the bike. 1 rest day.

If you are set on doing the curls, make sure you finish each rep with the elbow past the hands. Like you're punching yourself in the face. That takes pressure off of the distal end (elbow) and puts in in the proximal (shoulder). Don't worry about hurting your should here. There is very little rotation and should be just fine.Pull ups 2x a week (3 sets each)
