Champagne isn't done shaking yet, but I am ready to get the 2026 conversation started on the MLB season.

The Dodgers are your back to back World Series Champions.

Some pretty massive contracts I assume are looming.

I can't wait to see what this new year of baseball brings.

I would like to delay this as long as possible because my team is not going to pay and completely fumble the best pitcher in the game and that may break my spirit entirely.

Awesome that this thread exists already... 3-peat???

I really hope that a big name free agent sees what is happening in Toronto and decides to go have some fun with the guys there.

It's important to give Bo an offer he'll accept, and I think his role in Toronto is one he has the ability to thrive in.

Vladdy locked in.
Springer locked in.
Kirky locked in.
Barger/Lukes/Clement/Varsho/Loperfido all probably fine.

Santander needs to retire, or remember how to hit.
Nimmala could make waves next year.

Who the heck knows what they'll do in the pen. Berrios, Gausman, Yesavage all viable. Bassitt and Bieber FAs (I assume) but maybe they are willing.

Hopeing the Yankees make some offseason moves to get back in the conversation.

I want them to add some complementary pitching and some on base and contact hitting guys to generate runs when the HRs aren’t coming but it will be interesting to see who is on the market this offseason

Were they not in the conversation this year? They made it to the ALDS.

Curious to see who the Braves hire and how that could change some pieces on the roster.

Found a list of who CBS has as the top free agents. In case others are curious who is out there...

CBS Top Free Agents

Yep but i think the blue jays are going to keep there core together so the Yankees need to find those couple of little tweaks to beat them, the core is there just need to get into the next gear

The order of this list has me wondering what fun things they have over there at CBS that they aren sharing. Tucker is not the number 1 free agent.

Counter point:

Cool, so that top 10 will be Dodgers next year? 😜
LOL.. Will be curious to see what they do. Tucker makes sense as they do need a corner OF.

No? Who do you think is?

I think Schwarber is way too far down this list and should be number 2. Bregman should be 1. Tucker is 3 only because I’m assuming Bo is resigning in Toronto early.

I’m honestly surprised they just didn’t list Dodgers, Phillies, Yankees for every player.
