@MikeG the more I see of Imai on social media the more I like him. Wants to beat the Dodgers, mocked Bauer, and called it H-town. Good people. :ROFLMAO:

It was only a matter of time before he was gone, since he was such a hot comodity.
Unreal stuff, some control issues, but can be taught.

I will never understand a team trading a guy that costs nothing, with a bunch of team control left, when they have no money to spend.

They will get a solid return. Speculation it will be Caisse + more and he's going to be a legit player.

I think Hotovy and the CHI pitching team will bring out the best in him. Hopefully he can stay healthy.

He’s been all over and each game he shows up, they win. We need tog te him to Pittsburgh this weekend lol

For sure. With so much team control left though, how much can you keep churning?
I understand more than half the league has to churn when they cant afford, but this guy has multiple years left of earning peanuts

Bauer and the Astros have beef. Even before 2017. Him and Bregman I think went back and forth. Really just meat heads being meat heads. I think when we had Cole there was also some of that beef that came over.

Do they have five or six other starting pitchers they like? If so, trading a guy like this with all that team control remaining just increases the return.
