Ummm Yes it does! They don't just put you in prison without being convicted of a crime.The guy served a 30 month prison sentence for domestic violence fairly recently. That doesn’t make him guilty on these charges but it doesn’t speak well to his ability to stay clear of trouble

Perhaps yes. If one is going to use this in a legal argument as well as in the court of public opinion, ya probably shouldn’t turn around and reinstate a guy who abused some women.Is there a reason they should have made a different decision?
It's not that much different from the NFL who has had multiple ex cons in the league. I'm not talking about dog fighting. More like DUI Manslaughter.
