It happened at our club last year. It was a foursome and two made a HIO and the other two put it within 5 feet. Unfortunately for the two that got the HIO they were playing a skins match so the skin pushed to the next hole

Couple of years ago 2 of my friends playing in a threesome I recall had back-to-back HIO’s on same hole.

I was playing with both of them in September along with a 4th at a private course over an hour away and one of the previous two golfers got a HIO on the back 9.

Playing our home course the next morning at 7 AM, same foresome, the same guy on the 2nd hole got another HIO using the same club. Crazy, 2 HIO’s in less than 24 hours. BTW, the most recent one was his 9th.
