Backyard artificial turf putting green questions

Good morning everyone,

So we are going to replace our horrible backyard completely with turf - just finalized the bid and accepted.
Got approval from my wife to include a putting green and here are my questions for a 300SqFt (15x20) putting green portion part of this project:

1. How many holes would you put in? They suggested 3 and I do have Ghost holes from ShortGameGains that I can use.
2. Would you ask for any undulations for break to be added?
3. Any other thoughts on this?

From an undulation standpoint, there will absolutely be, or there should be, some on the green to get adequate drainage. If you go more extreme than what's necessary for drainage, just be careful not to create a low spot with which water may pool.

Water always wins so go with the design that minimizes it's impact on the long term health of the green.
