Bag Boy Nitron Push Cart

For those getting the push cart. I highly recommend the extended umbrella holder and the travel bag. Keeps dirt out of car and clean during winter from collecting dust dirt etc in the garage. Makes it easy to transport and ez enough to load in and out of bag
I just got the extended umbrella holder.

Have been doing some research on push carts as of late. Normally I just carry my bag when I walk 9 after work, but wanting to kick the golf cart to the curb and start walking 18 holes. Know I would be exhausted carrying my bag for 18, so a push cart is the next logical option.

Based on what I’ve seen, the Nitron seems to be cream of the crop in terms of push carts. Anyone have any other carts I should look at before pulling the trigger?
Honestly no, not from what I have seen thus far. The Nitron folds up quick and easy to a small package. Opens effortlessly. It’s stable, rolls smooth and true, and it’s lightweight. I am coming from using a ClicGear and would not hesitate to say I already like the Nitron better. Pair it with a TopLok BagBoy or Datrek bag and it becomes even better.

Couple things right off the bat. This is much more stable than my last push cart. Also my last cart had a swivel front wheel which this one does not. I was a bit concerned about that, but honestly didn’t really notice it after a couple of holes. Very easy to steer. I love the extra storage. Bag Boy makes a great push cart and it seems like it’s well built. Time will tell, but definitely a good first impression.

Had mine out for league. It’s just so well done. I’m not sure what I could improve even if I wanted to.

The lack of swivel has me wondering. Once this rain stops, if it ever stops, I'll be testing it.

Honestly it's so light to maneuver it's not a big deal push down on handle pivot. Is it as easy probably not because you could probably just drag the swivel wheel, but I think the stationary wheel makes more sense in build and stability.

It has never been a problem for me. @G-Man said the same thing but it's so light and easy to move it's not a big deal and this also helps it go straight if you're giving it a bit of a push rather than picking a direction on its own and just going.

Free seat if you order if that's your thing

Hate seeing all this rain. I wanted to walk 9 a couple evenings after work this week but I will have to be patient and wait for the rain to move out. I always enjoyed walking but I can honestly say I have enjoyed the last 27 holes walked even more so just do to I love the Nitron. I will definitely be spending more rounds walking this year just because the Nitron is so easy to use.

I guess the unexpected part of it was getting motivated to walk more often. Yes, I did walk some before and enjoyed it but I want to walk MUCH more often just to enjoy the Nitron.

I have one too. If anything breaks or tears I would suspect this to be the first thing just due to it being a cloth type material and located where the top folds down to the frame. Having a backup on hand is a plus for me just in case.

I have a Clicgear, it's a tank and I used the hell out of it but it folds down big. Thinking of getting the Nitron for fold down size and I have ZTF bag so Top-lock intrigues me. My hesitation is " cup holders" I have two( cold and coffee) plus a range finder bag hooked on my Clicgear. will the Niton accommodate these somehow on the handlebar?

yep, and the nitron does come with a drink holder. I can't remember if it the same as this one in their accessories section or not.

Mine only has one, right in the center. I recall seeing that you can buy one - but if I bring two drink vessels with me I have my coffee one in the cup holder and my Owala which holds my colds will just go in the little storage pouch since it is sealed.

The accessories tab from Clicgear fit on the Nitron.

I'm starting to come around on the idea of a push cart, and this one would be the only one I'm looking at.

Correct, I put a little piece of rubber under the bracket and used my clic gear accessories for extra cup holders, etc.

Thanks perfect, last stupid question, is the only way to have an umbrella holder is to purchase the bag boy attachment, round about way to ask about the clicgear attachment working :)
The Nitron comes with an umbrella holder. There is an upgraded one that others like that is taller and can swivel.

Just a heads up, this accessory bag does not fit the Nitron. If you need an accessory bag for the Nitron you need to reach out to BagBoy directly.
