Bag Boy Nitron Push Cart

Once we get some more things taken care of here at home, this is at the top of my list to purchase still.

I love carrying, but I used to LOVE using a push cart, just got away from it after using some cumbersome models.

The next time Bag Boy throws out a sale, I might jump on one. I enjoy carrying, but the last few times out I've noticed my shoulders a little rugged by the end of the round that I'd like to avoid.

I dont currently have one but as soon as the fall release happens I will
That's the new bag you guys can't talk about yet I'm assuming? Can't wait

Don't know why I am reading this thread... My Clicgear shows no signs of dying. Yet
And it probably never will, Clicgear are built like tanks. With that said, my 3.0 sits folded up in a corner of the garage and my Nitron gets all the use. The Nitron is lighter, rolls easier, is easier to open/close, I like the storage pouch and console better, and my bag fits better and more securely on it.

Thanks. I have the open/close sequence down pat - but yes it's heavy - I did have to make a modification so my current bag (Sun Mt Synch) could sit on it properly. I'll have to ck out the storage area as well

How many of the new crew to get these have TopLok bags? Tell me about how great it is.
I have a TopLok bag. It was a little odd to put in the first time but once used to it I just toss it on and go. Nice to not need the straps or worry about the bag twisting.

Do it. You won’t regret it!

First 18 holes with the Nitron today!

A few early thoughts-

1) I really appreciate the phone holder, it really holds it solidly and securely

2) very lightweight and easy to push and move around, no issues through some wet fairways just moving well and not getting bogged down

3) collapses and closes down very small and tight package. This makes it easy to get into the car and fit with the bag of clubs

First round out today and I think I convinced my neighbor to purchase one.

1. As @Bryndom said, it collapses very small and is easy to move and transport. The low weight makes loading in and out of the vehicle possible for anyone that would be considering a push cart.

2. The brake was better than I expected on some slick grass covered, wet hill.

3. Ease of set up and and then breaking it down is comical its so easy.

4. Walked 18 holes and could have easily walked another 18. No strain or stress on my shoulders and back make me regret not buying one of these the day they were released.

5. The insulated cooler bag I purchased went on easy and kept a standard plastic drink cold through the round. It wasn't massively hot but I think it will work really well with an added ice pack or insulated bottle.

6. Top Lock is just ingenious. The bag doesn't move or rattle in any way. The two simple bungee straps hold it in place with full confidence that it isn't going to move around or come loose on the cart.

7. The wheels dusted off easily from grass and dirt. This part was easier than I expected.

8. The drink holder on top of the cart is useful. A lot of times these types of things are just for show. Its hard enough to hold a bottle still (A 32 ounce Body Armour bottle turned upside down) didn't move.

First time taking my Nitron out for a walk

Yea it’s still tempting because of how light it is and easy to open. I was at Austad’s earlier checking out irons and stopped over to look at both. The CG feels more robust but the Nitron seems well built as well.

I just got a new ZTF bag and its great with the Nitron.

My old bag/bags (sun mountain 2.5 and mizuno pro stand bag) didn't move much on the nitron before (just a slight wiggle) but the top lock on the ZTF definitely stays put and works the best out of all the bags on the nitron.

It's really my only complaint on my new Motocaddy, the lack of toplok. You going completely strapless with it?

I still have the ZTF bag strapped with the bungie cords but it's snug / a great secure fit and not moving at all.

Try it with no straps and just the TopLok. Trust me...

I don't have a TopLok bag, but it works fantastic with my current bag ( a Callaway Hyperlite Zero). Holds it securely and safe. No movement or need for me to adjust the straps at all during the round

Love rolling this push cart. Arm fatigue is a thing of the past. Our 18th was always a tough finishing hole a its slightly uphill the whole way and after 17 other holes it can be tiring. I've gotten in 3 full 18 hole rounds since it arrived and not once have I played 18 with tired arms. Even helping my scores on that hole. Bogey or double were pretty common but so far have 2 pars and a bogey. I will take that any day.

I picked one of these babies up as a Christmas gift to myself and finally was able to get it on course yesterday. It’s replacing an old Sun Mountain with leaky tires that had to be pumped up before every round, so obviously it will be a step up…

But it performed so well that I basically didn’t even think about it during my round. It was incredibly quick to set up, it pushes waaaayyy easier than my old cart, and has plenty of storage for anything I might need to carry. Also, I love the bungie cords - my bag was tightly in place even going over bumps and hills. This should stick around for a long time.
