I found a new spice company called Spiceology that I am really digging. They have plain spices and blends. The Korean BBQ rub makes some great spare ribs and I pair it with an orange-chili sauce. I have 3 new rubs on the way: Nashville Hot Chicken, Sasquatch Dirt, and a Double Smoke one.

Man, that's some expensive rub...$13 for 4oz is spendy

Ever tried Meat Church? We love their Holy Cow on brisket and burgers. It's $9 for 12 oz

A couple of split breasts for dinner tonight. Came out pretty good. Trying two different rubs just for giggles. Not pictured are half a dozen wings I did as an experiment. Those came out great.

You need to try out wings with Killer Hogs rub on them. Absolutely perfect for wings.

The rubs I buy from them are $18.99 for 16-20oz. Still not cheap, but not $13 for 4oz. I have used meat church and many, many others. I have just found these guys recently and am liking them.

I like the Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan on salmon and am hoping the Sasquatch Dirt is similar.

Got some pork butt on at 200° for an overnight smoke, using both a spicy and honey rub E350E676-5228-48CC-800B-1B0369230C65.jpeg

Meat Church Holy Cow is awesome on brisket. Their stuff is really good.

I use his holy gospel and honey hog a good bit. Easier then making from scratch every time. Plus the bucee's they just built up road has it all and Kosmos stuff

One thing I got recently on a buy 2 get 1 free deal was Boar's night out White Lightning. Curious if anyone has used it and what you did with it. I am having trouble finding a good use for it.

They’ll get another couple hours sitting on the grill, before they’re ready for prime time. ?

Done this a few times in past, so simple and easy. I almost enjoy the roast cubed prior to saucing just as much as after.

also next time try pork belly burnt ends. Those little suckers are like candy.

Fresh Market here makes these delicious fresh buffalo and blue cheese chicken sausages. They just hit the Napoleon and I’m pretty freaking excited

Home made jerk chicken thighs on the egg last weekend. Holy moly!! Friend gave me a couple of branches off a cherry tree he chopped down in his garden. sawed a couple of 1” thick disks and threw them on the fire with some soaked allspice berries and bay leaves.
it was heaven. As close to pimento flavour as it’s possible to get
