BBQ and Outdoor Cooking Thread

Loving everything about this. I have a Traeger as well and it's the best smoker i've ever owned especially the wifi feature which allows me to keep an eye on my cook without going back and forth to the grill. LOVE IT.
Which model? I’m looking at the ironwood line.

I’ve been shopping Kamado Joe and Green Eggs. Not to diminish the Egg, but KJ have so many more features and options! It’s impressive. I’m starting to lean towards a Joe. Anyone else use a ceramic Kamado style smoker?

I have the Kamado Joe and wouldn’t trade it for anything. It’s the same thing as the BGE, except a little more affordable and comes with all of the accessories. I would get the Big Joe and call it a day!

The butts are on the smoker. Started about an hour ago (7am here)

If you can't get it locally, you can get it online from Traeger.

Every time I come back to this thread my stomach growls with envy.

Still loving the Pit Boss grill. Used low heat to cook some peppers and onions and heat up some beans then cranked it up and grilled some fajitas. I replaced an electric smoker that was a one trick pony with the Pit Boss. I really did not understand how versatile a pellet grill is. I no longer need a gas or charcoal grill at all. And the food never burns and always tastes great.

I did Poor Man's burnt ends yesterday, they turned out great.
