You might want to look at Rhone. It is a new Men's only brand. They use silver in the yarns to prevent stink. It seems to work. Plus it look nice.

If you really want a compression shirt I would look at DFND...worn by a lot of Pro athletes and is also considered medical grade.

UA and Nike.
Just remember there is a difference between shirts with a fabric that wicks moisture from the body quickly and compression which can be very constricting or looser fit. Any of its better than cotton which traps that moisture. Some medical grade compression might feel too restrictive. Its not made for athletic stuff. Its for folks for have poor blood flow and medical issues.
