I have owned 3 scotty NP 2's and also own the Spider X. But it will always be Scotty Newport 2 for me. Special Select 2020 is amazing.
It is way better. The last was a shell of a scotty cameron putter.

Never swung a Scotty and the closest I ever got to a Spider x was a daddy long legs years ago. (It was too clicky for me)

Well if going only by otr I think I would lean spider x. But dear lord, this is rough if I can get my topline sight dot instead of flange line.
I think the one I would more like to own is the scotty, but the spider is more likely to be in the bag. That scotty would always be lurking.
