Bettinardi Putter Thread

Rolled my Queen B during my last round & while I liked it get the head shape was just a little small for me. All in all it did put a good roll on the ball.

It’s the smaller Tour Van version. 74cc. Seems to fit my hand like a glove. The stock Betti grip was very firm and rough which I didn’t care for.
 
I've had this Bettinardi for awhile but have never shown any pics of it. The Bettinardi BB5 Airstream Dass.

I've grown very found of the Bettinardi putters that have the copper plugs in them, like my 44 Magnum, 38 Special, and the 10 pin I showed off earlier. And being a collector who likes to show off his collection, here's another beauty I picked up awhile ago. The Bettinardi BZ-5 DASS (BB-1).

Never expected to see my 38 Special show up on Bettinardi's Facebook page. I guess they took a couple of pics while they had it for restoration. :)

I’ve given up on my SWAG tour putters and going back to Betti

I never should have sold all my other limited runs.... so I got this yesterday ! The feel is absolutely incredible

OK, long story short version. Ever since my wife and I bought the condo and I decided to convert the third bedroom into a den, I've wanted to buy a Bettinardi Staff Bag for it. Well, they aren't very common and very hard to find. So I bought the Arnold Palmer Bag. About a month ago I thought I had finally found one, turned out to be a false lead. A couple of weeks ago I found an all black Department T Tour bag at PGASS. Wasn't crazy about it being all black, but bought it anyway.

Yesterday I stopped by the same PGASS after playing a round of golf nearby. Walked in the store and this bag was sitting by the Bettinardi display.

Now this bag is sitting in my den and looking awesome. The Store Manager at PGASS allowed me to swap the black Tour Dept bag for the Silver Tour Dept bag, Kewl!!!

BTW, the blue headcover just to the right of the silver Bettinardi bag in the display case is covering my BB43 now. :cool:

Got my Bettinardi HLX 3.0 wedges back today after getting them reshafted. Have to say they look pretty kewl!!! :cool:

This morning I had to go out and a couple of errands. On the way home I passed a house that was having a garage sale. There was a big sign sitting on the driveway saying "used golf clubs for sale". So I decided to stop and see if they had anything worthwhile. While looking around I found this putter;

Took it over to the person running the garage sale and asked how much they wanted for the putter. When she told me I almost dropped the putter. I couldn't get my wallet out fast enough to pay the lady. This beauty is now sitting on the putter rack in my den. Wow, talk about a lucky find. ;)
