Bettinardi Putter Thread

I love my Minovai. I always wanted a plumber neck version though and have never found one. I'm extremely jealous. If you ever decide to part with it PLEASE contact me and let me know. I will take it off your hands. Thank you!

Posted elsewhere and got a few messages to buy instantly. Didn’t know it was that sought after! 👊🏽

Well, it's an odd putter that makes a strange sound and most people don't like it. I however just really love small quirky mallets so it's right up my alley. Like I said, if you decide to part with it I'd appreciate the opportunity to acquire it for a fair offer. Enjoy it sir.

From my understanding most Minovai’s had ports on the backside which made them sound “tinny” . This one doesn’t have it which is a plus I think.

The standard Minovai has no ports...I think only some random Hive versions did. There was only 100 standard Minovai's produced. In fact I'd wager there have been more Hive/Tour versions produced than the original standard version which I have. I've had a couple of Tour versions but honestly they were basically the same as the original and offered nothing different other than maybe a different color and the T-Hive stamp. I ended up selling them because they weren't anything special over the original. Never have been able to find a plumber neck version which is what I really want. I don't know where you guys find all these special putters because I never find them anywhere. Anyways...I'm here if you decide you hate it ;).

Showdown today:

Those are two great choices for a showdown. I'm guessing the Bettinardi won though. ;)

I love the look of the Inovai 6.0 and I also have a Savage Too and a BB-39. Savage Too is in the starting lineup at the moment. Taking both the Swag and Inovai to the green tomorrow. I wish the Inovai had the Swag's milling.

OMG - a Hammer X commercial is on the air as I'm typing - Pow! They should be sued for deceptive trade practices. "Look, it's still going!"

Picked up this QB6 and I will be sending it into Bettiinardi to get a face lift and have matched to my specs that I got from my putter fitting back in November. This little beauty will become 1 of 4 in my putter rotation come spring. ;)

That is gorgeous!

School me Betti people - lookin at you fairwaynut. I'm close to a new Betti and want to know if anyone has used the new 2021 Tour Milled face yet? The Fit Face is nice and soft, but I prefer firm. Has anyone used both that can compare?

The new Roll Control face is still fairly soft. If you want firm you need either the fly mill or honeycomb if you want the firmest.

Have not really had the opportunity to try the Fit Face or Roll Control milling (as this one is so new). Have been using the Honeycomb on most of the Betti putters that I game. Actuually like the firmness from the Honeycomb milling.

Snagged the Vessel VLX bag and The Ball marker from today’s release

Have a fit face and briefly rolled the new True Roll face. Didn’t have them side by side but from what I could tell the ball jumped off quicker on the new face but feel was pretty darn close. If you want firmer I would look into the FlyMill or Honeycomb face. The fit face is the softest of all.

Thanks for the replies guys. Like many on here I have a sickness for buying putters. I'm thinking about getting my first Betti but still not sure which direction I'm leaning. I have one of the limited edition PING PLD Bruzers with the flat face and enjoy the feedback it provides. I'm halfway thinking about slapping me in my own face and getting an armlock. 🤷‍♂️

I brought my first Betti home today and it feels awesome, but I'm a little disappointed in the velcro headcover...

Yeah that's the only thing I don't like about my Bettis. I prefer magnetic covers. My Masters Betti cover will definitely see some course time.
