Getting some questions and thought this video could help understand.
Each of the casitas at Briggs Ranch houses 4 golfers.
Each has their own room and private bathroom (they are very very nice)
Each has a main area, with tv, sofa and table along with snacks and drinks.

The Casitas are very very nice! The beds are more comfortable then my own bed.
 
I love the lodging at Briggs. Exec Casita is even better with the steam shower.

Firepits right outside are gas there I believe, which is really nice.
 
The Briggs property is so good.
 
Loved the casitas at Briggs. The central location firepit was great for the evening hang too. Very comfortable and well laid out
 
The casitas are just incredible
 
This was a lovely experience. Casita 3 had it going for the WWGC

Can confirm they are and on a timer.

Though there was one Casita we stayed at that had an actual wood fire pit outside where @blazinden tried to set himself ablaze haha
 
I have stayed in 2 different Casitas at Briggs, not Exec cottage and both were awesome. Comfortable and well appointed to say the least
 
I thought they were excellent. The beds are super comfortable too. Everything about the property is top notch.
 
I'm not sure they would let me in that nice of a place after I play a round. Sand falling out of my pockets and hair, dirty sweaty hat, and worse!! :LOL:. Joking aside, they look like the perfect accommodations for a stay at The Ranch.
 
I want to play here some day. lol..
 
Briggs Casita's are AWESOME.

Really enjoyed the Casitas at Briggs. @outlawx turning the air down to Icicle, not so much Lol. Only time in my life I've slept in a base layer and sweatshirt with the hood up :ROFLMAO:

I think this is says it all very well. Comfortably upscale. Not to the point that you are scared to touch anything but everything is well done and well thought out. You feel bad that there isn’t enough time to just kick back and hang out for any period of time and take it in.
 
During my time at Briggs Ranch a few weeks ago, you really do FEEL like a member. At the Titleist Ball fitting event we were assigned Casita #9 and #10. We often strolled through each other's casita to see who was hanging out. There are porches on both the front and back of the casita. The fire pit is huge, with plenty of Adirondack chairs to sit back and talk about the awesome day we just experienced. Everything was high quality and in excellent working condition. It's so well stocked that I literally only needed to show up with my clothes. To be honest, I would have liked to spend at least another day and night there it was THAT nice. (Said me who was staying on THP's dime!!)

If you ever get a chance to attend one of the THP events, some of the little touches that Dormie does, really makes their network stand out. This sign was posted on our casita! How cool is this??

I concur, great accommodations at Briggs Ranch. We spent more time on our little porch/fire pit than the community area because the weather was so nice, and some of us stayed up pretty late and didn’t want to disturb our cartmates. All the TV’s are of golf channel 24/7. Here is my 5 am work/ posting setup on the dresser.IMG_9636.jpeg
