did anyone notice yesterday during a close up when he was walking off the green the face of his putter. There was an obvious wear spot, browning right in the middle of the putter face. Thats alot of practice

I don't think that's a wear mark from browning (wouldn't be much of an advertisement for the quality of that putter).

BC does mark his ball with a line though. If I had to bet, I'd say it's the marker coming off on the putter head.

I agree , Sharpie pen ball mark residue.
