Callaway Elyte Hybrids
The thing I really like is if you look at that one it jumped about 15 feet higher than normal on peak height. I think I got under it a bit, but it still retained awesome ball speed and got me where I want to be!
I’ve noticed I don’t get good results toe side. I have to lineup a little inside of center and then I can get center face contact. And they just go. If I hit a fade I immediately know I hit it off the toe.
Yep I'm glad the ball left the mark for me to see it, and that is exactly my plan from now on as well! I'm okay with the shot shape I have like the one posted, but these were slingers and I'm not looking for that right now.
You need to be looking at straight and consistent. Nothing else.
That shape from the pic has been my consistent shot for as long as I can remember with my irons and hybrids just seem to be more of the same. Next year the plan is to try and straighten it out a bit more if I can but for the rest of the year I'm going with this swing in mind.
I probably need more hybrids in 2026.

I’m excited to see what/if the replacement. It’s so easy to put the Elyte in the air on target. If new ones are easier I will struggle to get a 5 iron.
Same. Only issue I’ve had is it sometimes is too right biased for me as a lefty. That is probably more face/path though than the club and I have been working on hitting a cut with it recently. That played very well at Victoria National
Are you playing it with the heavy weight in the toe? And have you tried putting the adapter in “- -“ lie angle?
I am the opposite and load up the weight in the heel, and have a consistent straight to slight draw ball flight with those settings. If I ever fade it left I know I hit it out on the toe.
I do have it in the double minus setting yep, and have the heavy weight in the toe. I can over manipulate the face at times and that is when I notice the pulls happening

Hit this today in the simulator and it really made me think about my Grandaddy bag. This club is so versatile in stock settings that I don't know if I would need two or three of them in the bag. So easy to launch and also to control.
Stock swing today was 220 yards. Knock down on command was 200yds. Really going after it and accepting the left miss was 230. Really versatile and not hard to control with a great feel. The jump from the Paradym AiSmoke 5H to this in feel is really noticable. Feels more "iron-like" yet sounds explosive if that makes any sense at all.
Today changed things. I was thinking hard at a 18, 22, 25 setup. Now it seems to be more of a 19, 23 and then into irons with one of them not being needed. Thats how workable this club is. Fades and draws both obtainable (yes this is on a simulator but the intent and results were there)

yesterday with 4 hybrid, chrome tour ball, 100g x flex shaft I was spinning around 5k with a carry of 225 with a full out swing around 240

Hit some really good shots with this today and had a couple that I thinned. Thin to the extreme that it still went around 200 yards but I couldn't judge it. When I actually hit the ball clean the results are excellent. High with a small draw
That's about 800-1000 more RPM than I see with the 4 hybrid, but you are also carrying it more than me by about 15 yards. I see 205-215 carry with my 4H. I think you are getting after it pretty good.
I’m getting 5.6k w/ 85g s flex getting 220 carry 230-235 when I step on it with chrome tour as well. What shaft you got in yours? I’m playing tensei white

Dang really? I couldn't hit this thing right if I tried. I don't have it set to ++ on the lie since I don't want to get rid of the - loft. And my weight is in the toe since the club feels much better that way.
So I guess I could do more to try but this is far from a right side club for me

The right miss is 100% a me problem. Typically end up over swinging or being afraid of pushing it left and over correct.

I became concerned with the cut at the end of the season. Might try putting it to ++ and see what happens in the sim
